Hold on to your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
Email us with the pair, your order number, and what went wrong — a photo helps.
Once we confirm it, we send a fresh pair of the same or a comparable current model. That's it.
The Swiftwick Lifetime Performance Guarantee covers the original owner and applies to socks purchased from Hillmalaya.
