DESCRIPTION
The Proprioception Mat stimulates many nerve endings in your feet to enhance proprioception. The firm foam applies pressure to specific areas of the sole, helping to release tension. Improve your natural proprioceptive abilities by standing and walking on the mat in the comfort of your own home and office.

Can the Proprioception Mat be used by individuals with foot injuries?
If you have a foot injury, consult with a healthcare professional before using the Proprioception Mat. It can aid in rehabilitation, but it’s important to ensure it's appropriate for your specific condition.
Why would I use the Proprioception Mat?
The Proprioception Mat is designed to enhance your balance, coordination, and overall foot strength.
