THE HATTIFATTENERS

The Hattifatteners are silent beings that are forever wandering around in large herds. The only thing that interests them is reaching the horizon – and once they reach it, they continue on their journey.

The Hattifatteners resemble thin mushrooms. Their large, unfocused eyes change colour according to their surroundings. During thunderstorms the Hattifatteners become highly charged with electricity and it's a good idea to avoid them. You can sense their presence as an electrical charge in the air. At other times they're harmless.

The laser markings on the Moomin Kupilka products have been updated with the transition to the improved Kareline BioNFC material. The renewed material enables more accurate and detailed laser engraving of the Moomin characters than before. Read more about the updating of laser markings from here.

Materials: The products are made from natural fibre composite, combining the best qualities of wood and plastic. The wood used comes from certified forests. The bio-based content of the products is at least 50 %.

Durable and versatile products: Kupilka products are designed and manufactured to withstand adventures for years. Each item ages beautifully with a natural patina while retaining its functionality.

At the end of their long life cycle, the products can be recycled, incinerated for thermal energy, or returned to the manufacturer for reuse.
