Yes. PACE 4 Pro syncs automatically with Strava, TrainingPeaks, and major third-party training platforms after every activity.

Is PACE 4 Pro good for triathlon?
Yes. Dedicated triathlon and duathlon modes with seamless swim-to-bike-to-run transition tracking, open water and pool swimming, and cycling with power meter support.

Can I listen to music without my phone?
Yes. 32GB of onboard storage. Download music to the watch and pair with Bluetooth headphones.

What's the difference between 60-hour and 45-hour GPS mode?
60-hour HIGH GPS uses single-frequency — ideal for open terrain. 45-hour MAX GPS uses dual-frequency, which is more accurate in complex environments like urban canyons and dense forests. Both are exceptionally long for an AMOLED watch.

Is it compatible with heart rate monitors and power meters?
Yes. PACE 4 Pro connects to heart rate monitors, cycling power meters, cadence sensors, speed sensors, and the COROS POD 2 running dynamics pod over Bluetooth.

How long does it take to charge?
Approximately 1.5 hours from 0 to 100% in normal temperature conditions. 30 minutes of charging returns roughly 10 hours of GPS.

Does it have offline maps?
Yes. 32GB of offline maps with turn-by-turn navigation, trail names, and points of interest — available without a phone signal.
