DESCRIPTION

The Proprioception Mat stimulates many nerve endings in your feet to enhance proprioception. The firm foam applies pressure to specific areas of the sole, helping to release tension. Improve your natural proprioceptive abilities by standing and walking on the mat in the comfort of your own home and office.

BEST PRACTICES

• Use daily for 5 to 10 minutes
• You can either stand or sit with your feet barefoot on the mat to stimulate different pressure points
• Try placing the mat under your feet while working at your desk or while relaxing on the couch
• Start with short sessions and gradually increase the time as you get used to it. Make sure to use the mat on a flat, stable surface.

WORKS ON
