De Distance 15 is ontworpen om je lijn opnieuw te definiëren door je de mogelijkheid te geven bergachtig terrein en activiteiten te combineren. Het is een hybride rugzak die barrières overstijgt. Door de technologie van hardloopvesten te combineren met ons bekroonde rugzakontwerp, beweegt de Distance 15 met je mee terwijl je rent, maar heeft toch een alpine uitrusting met speciaal gebouwde kenmerken, zodat je over de uitrusting beschikt die je nodig hebt als het pad eindigt en het klimmen begint. Gemaakt van onze UHMWP 10x Ripstop-garens, hetzelfde stevige materiaal dat we gebruiken in onze klimhondenbeenderen en Ultralight Camalots, is de Distance-stof letterlijk 10 keer sterker dan staal per gewicht, terwijl hij zo licht blijft dat hij in water drijft. Het harnassysteem voor de schouderbanden maakt gebruik van onze Stitch-less Edge Taping-technologie, wat betekent dat de randbinding van de schouderbanden volledig is getapet in plaats van genaaid, meer zoals de innovatieve sportkleding van vandaag dan een traditionele hardlooprugzak, wat superieur comfort, bewegingsvrijheid en gewichtsvermindering mogelijk maakt . Bovendien is het harnassysteem geconstrueerd met een verstelbaar compressiesysteem met elastische koorden aan de zijkant, waardoor u veiliger kunt rijden tijdens het hardlopen, klauteren en klimmen. Dit vestachtige systeem bevat ook dubbele fleszakken waar twee BD HydraPak® SoftFlask™ in passen (apart verkrijgbaar) en een Deploy-zak om de BD Deploy Wind Shell-vlaggen en noodgevallen op te bergen. Het pakgedeelte van de Distance bevat een snelle hoofdopening in Blitz-stijl met een opbergvak om essentiële spullen in op te bergen, terwijl een scheidingswand van gaas cordelette of een waterzak kan opbergen die kan worden geïntegreerd met de slanggeleiding van de rugzak. Aan de buitenkant van de rugzak is de Distance 15 voorzien van dubbele piolet-/ijsbijlholsters en dubbele Z-pole quiver-mouwen om je trekkingstokken op te bergen als het terrein verandert. De dubbele stretchzakken aan de voorkant zijn een extra plek om voeding of uitrusting op te bergen, waardoor de Distance 15 een ultraveelzijdige rugzak is om licht en snel in de bergen te bewegen.
