A sports drink based on 2 parts of fast multi-chain carbohydrates in the form of maltodextrin, as well as a part of slower carbohydrate in the form of fructose. Together, they help each other and are taken up in different ways so that your energy intake is higher with a lower risk of stomach problems.
In U SPORT there is also a balanced amount of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium) with high bioavailability to compensate sweat losses and a balanced amount of BCAA (branched chain amino acids) to help keep mental fatigue at bay.
