DESCRIPTION
RECOVERY DRINK
Discover our recovery drink, to consume after intense and/or long-term physical activity. Available in three flavors: chocolate, vanilla and salted caramel, our product is designed to provide your body with all the nutrients it needs to regenerate effectively.
After a long or intense effort, the body needs to rehydrate, remineralize, recharge energy reserves and ensure muscle reconstruction. Our drink provides you with the elements necessary for each of these functions:
- Carbohydrates with a high glycemic index to quickly replenish glycogen stocks.
- Proteins to reduce muscle breakdown or catabolism and begin muscle reconstruction.
- Vitamins and sodium to remineralize the body, eliminate toxins, strengthen the immune system and promote rehydration.
- BCAAs, in a ratio of 4:1:1 (leucine, valine, isoleucine), and glutamine, to promote protein synthesis and muscle tissue recovery.
Our Tā recovery drink is easy to digest and mix, consumed cold or hot. A 60 gram portion, diluted in 500 ml of liquid, represents a contribution of 16 grams of protein, 40 grams of carbohydrates, for a total of 236 kcal. It can be used with water, milk or a vegetable drink to satisfy your cravings and allow you to recover quickly after each training session.
With its great taste and key ingredients, our recovery drink is the ideal choice for all athletes looking to maximize their recovery. Order it now!
USE
The drink is packaged in powder form, in the form of a 600 gram jar, for approximately 10 uses (a 60 gram portion, or two scoops). Simply follow the dose prescribed on the jar and dilute it in the required volume of liquid. After opening, the drink can be consumed for up to 1.5 or even 2 years. You just need to make sure that it is properly closed and stored away from humidity.
To get the most out of our recovery drink, we recommend mixing 2 scoops (60 g) with 500 ml of water, milk or vegetable drink.
The product is to be consumed as a post-exercise snack and does not replace a full meal. Its goal is to quickly provide the nutrients needed to begin recovery and repair, where it can sometimes be difficult to eat directly after activity.
It is important to note that the recommended amount of liquid and powder can be adjusted according to your personal taste and needs.
Advice to under-dose the water initially and adapt according to your preferences
