Usage tips – Feet (Trail / Ultra)
🟢PreparationTwo weeks before the race, apply morning and evening to feet, heels, toes, and Achilles tendon.
🟢The day beforeThe sock technique → take a small amount of SOS Friction Relief spray and wipe your hands with the inside of the sock; let it dry overnight.
🟢D-DayApply a thin layer before starting. Reapply after 4–5 hours of exertion or at aid stations.
