USE

The drink is packaged in powder form, in a 600-gram jar, for approximately 10 uses (one 60-gram serving, or two scoops). Simply follow the dosage prescribed on the jar and dilute it in the required volume of liquid. Once opened, the drink can be consumed for up to 1.5 or even 2 years. Just make sure it is properly closed and stored away from moisture.

The product is intended as a post-workout snack and is not a substitute for a full meal. Its purpose is to quickly provide the nutrients needed to begin recovery and repair, where it can sometimes be difficult to eat directly after exercise.

FAQ

WHAT PLACE SHOULD WE GIVE TO THIS RECOVERY DRINK?

The drink can be used both in training and in competition. During training, its main purpose will be to quickly replenish energy stores and promote the sequence of sessions, as is the case in triathlon, for example. Recovering after one session is already preparing for the next! In competition, its role will be more focused on overall recovery following a very intense and/or prolonged effort.

As for consumption, the drink can be taken in preparation for exercise, during a carbohydrate reload, and throughout exercise to stay hydrated and maintain energy levels. It is recommended to drink in small, regular sips (approximately every 10 minutes) and not wait until you are thirsty to use it.

For the recharge phase, we recommend starting three days before the race by consuming 1.5 liters per day, which equates to nine uses in total (1 scoop per 500 ml). To avoid any surprises on race day, it is advisable to carry out tests for one or two days before the long sessions planned during training. The 25 uses included thus allow use throughout preparation and competition, or to prepare for two major events during the season.

IS RECOVERY DRINK VEGAN?

No, the recovery drink is not suitable for vegans due to the whey protein sourced from milk. However, it fits perfectly into a vegetarian diet.
