Doorstep collection by JD Logistics, covering all addresses in Hong Kong, including remote areas; or
Drop-off at designated SF Express locations.

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility for Return: Items must be eligible under our refund policy. Please review the policy for details on acceptable reasons for return. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Order Applicability: This service applies only to items purchased together in the same order. Partial returns from an order may be accepted, but the service is limited to one use per order.
Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 90 days from the date of delivery or collection. Late requests may not be honored.
