Bix Ice Bandana
The Bix Ice Bandana is a simple and effective cooling tool for hot training days and race conditions. Designed to sit comfortably around the neck and shoulders, it features a discreet zip pocket that holds ice to help lower body temperature when the heat is on.
With an adjustable tie fit and lightweight fabric, it stays secure and comfortable while you run, climb, or work through long sessions. A favourite cooling trick used by ultra runners to stay fresh in tough conditions.
How to use
Fill the zip pocket with ice before your session, top it up at aid stations, or use it after training to cool down. Tie it around your neck and let the cold water and ice do the work.
