It has padded zones in the toe area and ball of the foot for comfort and protection. Ventilation mesh on the top helps to keep your feet cool. Double layer sock reduces friction helping to prevent blisters.

Men's socks size guide:

Choose the same size sock as your UK foot size:

• Medium: 6 - 8.5
• Large: 9 - 11.5
• X-Large: 12 - 14

Women's socks size guide:

Choose the same size sock as your UK foot size:

• Small: 3 - 5.5
• Medium: 6 - 8.5

However, if you have a particularly wide foot then you may wish to consider a Men's Medium which has a wider fit.

Also, if you have narrow foot and are on the borderline between two sizes then you may wish to consider going down a size.
