Placez un morceau de papier plus grand que votre pied contre le mur. Assurez-vous que le mur est plat, et s'il y a une plinthe, qu'elle est également plate. 

Tenez-vous sur la feuille avec votre talon contre le mur. Assurez-vous que le sol est dur et que la feuille ne glisse pas sous un quelconque espace entre le sol et le mur/plinthe.

Marquez sur le papier l'endroit où votre orteil le plus long atteint avec le crayon. N'oubliez pas de ne pas glisser le crayon sous l'orteil car vous souhaitez une mesure maximale précise.

Mesurez la distance entre le bord du papier et la ligne des orteils avec une règle ou un ruban à mesurer.

Répétez avec votre autre pied, ils pourraient être différents – faites-nous confiance sur ce point ! – puis utilisez la mesure la plus longue.
