Cushion: Low
(Low / Mid / High) — Altra shoes are offered in three cushioning levels (Low, Mid, and High), which are defined by stack height. Some cushions may be built with different materials, but the overall ride is categorized by how much shoe sits between your foot and the ground.
-
Weight: 8.4 oz / 238 g
-
Heel-to-Toe Drop: 0mm — This refers to the height difference between your heel and forefoot and is always 0mm or 4mm in all Altra shoes. A Zero-to-Low Drop shoe encourages a more efficient, functional movement pattern.

What is FootShape™ Fit?
A shoe with FootShape™ Fit is not a “wide” shoe. It’s a shoe with room for your toes that still keeps your foot secure through the midfoot. Every Altra shoe has our signature FootShape™ for natural movement. However, Altra styles are designed with three FootShape™ Fits for different experiences:
Original,
Standard, and
Racing.
-
Original FootShape™ Fit
Our roomiest toe box with
space through the midfoot.
-
Standard FootShape™ Fit
Room for your toes with a
secure midfoot.
-
Racing FootShape™ Fit
Room for your toes with a
snug midfoot for a secure racing stance.
