Coloca un trozo de papel más grande que tu pie contra la pared. Asegúrate de que la pared esté plana y, si hay algún zócalo, que también esté plano. 

Párate sobre el papel con el talón contra la pared. Asegúrate de que el suelo sea duro y que el papel no se deslice por ningún espacio entre el suelo y la pared/zócalo.

Marca en el papel hasta donde llega tu dedo más largo con el lápiz. Recuerda no meter el lápiz debajo del dedo, ya que quieres una medida máxima precisa.

Mida la distancia desde el extremo del papel hasta la línea del dedo del pie con una regla o una cinta métrica.

Repite con el otro pie, pueden ser diferentes – confía en nosotros en esto – y luego usa la medida más larga.
