This is the ultimate collaboration between high-quality dried persimmons (Hoshinano Anpo persimmons, presented to the Imperial Family) grown in the natural environment of Zao, Miyagi, and a long-established bean paste maker with over 70 years of history, backed by the underground waters of the Nikko Mountains and the skilled techniques of its artisans. Furthermore, the natural sea salt of Miyako Island effectively replenishes the sodium, potassium, magnesium, and other minerals lost through sweating during sports. Because this product is intended for consumption in harsh conditions, we are committed to using only natural ingredients.
