The drink is packaged in powder form, in the form of a 600 gram jar, for approximately 10 uses (a 60 gram portion, or two scoops). Simply follow the dose prescribed on the jar and dilute it in the required volume of liquid. After opening, the drink can be consumed for up to 1.5 or even 2 years. You just need to make sure that it is properly closed and stored away from humidity.
To get the most out of our recovery drink, we recommend mixing 2 scoops (60 g) with 500 ml of water, milk or vegetable drink.
