Maurten Gel 100 Caf 100 40g
Energy capsulated in a natural hydrogel. Each serving contains 100 mg of caffeine and delivers 25 grams of carbohydrates. Built with seven ingredients – no added colourants, preservatives or flavours.
The GEL 100 CAF 100 contains 100 mg of caffeine – that’s the equivalent of 1,5 espressos – or one cup of brewed coffee. That’s a lot compared to many of the traditional gels out there. It delivers 25 grams of carbohydrates through a unique blend of fructose and glucose (ratio of 0.8:1). It packs a high weight to energy ratio and doesn’t contain any added flavours, preservatives or colourants. Just like all of our products, it’s vegan-friendly.
Use the GEL 100 CAF 100 on its own during shorter durations, or combine it with other Maurten products to ensure you have enough carbohydrates throughout your session.
Unlike many other traditional energy gels on the market which tend to be a runny syrup, the Gel 100 and Gel 100 Caf 100 have a firmer, more - well, gel-like structure. Making it a Gel. So one could say, this is the Gel.
By utilizing Hydrogel Technology, the carbohydrates packed within the Gel 100 Caf can bypass the stomach to the intestines where they get absorbed, faster, into the body. This also helps in reducing the risk of gastrointestinal distress during activation.
7 natural ingredients. No preservatives.
No artificial flavours or allergens.
It won't get much cleaner than this.
Elite Athletes all around the world have discovered and rely on Hydrogel Technology for their training sessions and races. Many have broken records and done the unthinkable.
The following guidelines outline fueling strategies for common training sessions and race plans. Remember that a fuel guide is highly personal and varies depending on individual diets and also on specific training programs. The following information is for reference only and can help empower your training, by creating, refining, and help you execute your fuel strategy.
In 2015, we discovered how to make sports fuels easier to tolerate by encapsulating high concentrations of carbohydrates in hydrogels. The sports fuels, based on only natural ingredients, became popular and one year later some of the world's best runners started using our products. The technology is patent pending.

I bought a water filter. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery, but the Hillmalaya team sorted it out quickly. The service is very good 👍. Also, next time I shop I will never use JD Express (京東快遞) again. It was really exasperating!
買了濾水器，送貨時有點阻滯，但Hillmalaya團隊很快搞定，服務非常好👍。另外，下次購物絕不再用京東快遞，非常勞氣！

Been buying all my trial running clothes and equipment from hillmalaya. Recently, they messed up my maurten gel with another model. The shop responded promptly with a great offer! I do highly recommend everyone to enjoy a great shopping experience here.

I like these foldable trail chairs very much. I bought 2 this time round in addition 4 others at home. I used it to sit down to do chores at home especially at low level, gardening (trimming lower branches) and sitting in the park for outdoor photography especially waiting for birds. This reduces the need to squat for long periods of time which is not good for my knees and legs as I grow older.
