Remarkably, feet come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Some have been compromised by a lifetime in conventional shoes, some naturally wider and some thinner and longer. We’re confident you’ll find a pair of Vivos to suit you.
Place a piece of paper larger than your foot against the wall. Ensure that the wall is flat, and if there is any skirting, it is also flat.
Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall. Ensure that the floor is hard and that the paper does not slide under any gap between the floor and the wall/skirting.
Mark the paper where your longest toe reaches with the pencil. Remember to not tuck the pencil under the toe as you want an accurate maximum measurement.
Measure the distance from the end of the paper to the toe line with a ruler or tape measure.
Repeat with your other foot, they might be different – trust us on this one! – and then use the longest measurement.

Brush off mud and clean with a damp cloth.
Remove insole and dry at room temperature. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid putting on a radiator.
Once you can’t repair or don't need them anymore, send us your old Vivos and we’ll make they sure they’re given a second life, or if they’re really well-loved, we'll store them until we launch our recycling solution.

The Primus Outsole is a light and thin 2mm performance outsole that's designed to put as little as possible between your feet and the ground. I like these foldable trail chairs very much. I bought 2 this time round in addition 4 others at home. I used it to sit down to do chores at home especially at low level, gardening (trimming lower branches) and sitting in the park for outdoor photography especially waiting for birds. This reduces the need to squat for long periods of time which is not good for my knees and legs as I grow older.
