Use
Take one ENERGIX gel during a sporting activity, about every 45 minutes.
Drink 1 to 2 mouthfuls of OVERSTIM.s sports drink or water after taking the gel.
In combination with your HYDRIXIR drink, the ENERGIX gel provides significant added energy to intense sporting activities.
