Technical Features

Mini XPRESS Valve

The Mini XPRESS valve was designed to make inflation, deflation and adjustment of pillows quick and simple. The valve integrates a one-way inflate port, a rapid dump deflate port and a fine-tune button into a single, low-profile unit.

Pro Tip - turn the inflator bag of an Air Sprung Cell sleeping mat pumpsack inside out to reveal a nozzle sized perfectly for the Mini XPRESS valve of an Aeros Pillow.

Frequently Asked questions

Does the Premium Travel Pillow change firmness with changes in cabin temperature / altitude?

Once the aircraft has reached cruising altitude, airliner cabin temperature and pressure remain constant, and should not afffect the pillow's firmness

Can the Premium Travel Pillow be machine washed?

Machine washing could cause the bladder to become twisted inside the pillow. A front-loader machine/gentle cycle could be used; otherwise it's better to hand wash

Is there an alternative to mouth-inflating the Premium Travel Pillow?

The Airstream Pump from a Sea to Summit Air Sprung Cell mat can be turned inside out - the nozzle will fit the Mini XPRESS valve of the pillow

How should I store the Premium Travel Pillow?

For long-term storage, open the valve and lay the pillow flat to allow internal moisture to dry out
