Ideal for those who suffer from discomfort caused by prolonged standing, restrictive footwear, or common foot conditions such as the following:
Scan the QR code on the back of your product bag to access exclusive programs and learn how to use your Rehab product.
The effectiveness of The Toe Spacers depends on consistent use, physical activity, bunion severity, and wearing proper footwear. The Toe Spacer and Big Toe Band can help slow bunion progression in its early stages and relieve pressure caused by narrow shoes.
Yes, you can workout while wearing Toe Spacers. They are designed to help realign your toes and alleviate discomfort, which can be beneficial during exercise. However, it's best to start with shorter periods to get used to the feeling. If you experience any discomfort, try adjusting the duration or consult a healthcare professional to ensure they’re suitable for your specific needs.
Wear the toe spacers for as little as 10 minutes each day while relaxing at home, during or after working out. You can wear them alone or with socks for added comfort. Do not wear while sleeping.
Simple run Toe Spacers and Big Toe Band under warm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals clean.

I bought a water filter. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery, but the Hillmalaya team sorted it out quickly. The service is very good 👍. Also, next time I shop I will never use JD Express (京東快遞) again. It was really exasperating!
買了濾水器，送貨時有點阻滯，但Hillmalaya團隊很快搞定，服務非常好👍。另外，下次購物絕不再用京東快遞，非常勞氣！

Been buying all my trial running clothes and equipment from hillmalaya. Recently, they messed up my maurten gel with another model. The shop responded promptly with a great offer! I do highly recommend everyone to enjoy a great shopping experience here.

I like these foldable trail chairs very much. I bought 2 this time round in addition 4 others at home. I used it to sit down to do chores at home especially at low level, gardening (trimming lower branches) and sitting in the park for outdoor photography especially waiting for birds. This reduces the need to squat for long periods of time which is not good for my knees and legs as I grow older.
