WHY CHOOSE?
- Supports recovery after prolonged moderate to high-intensity endurance exercise
- Aids the recovery of muscle function and rebuilding before your next session
- A 60 g dual-source carbohydrate blend of a 1:1 ratio of fructose and maltodextrin, scientifically proven to promote both liver and muscle glycogen storage
- A 30 g serving of protein, with 3 g of Leucine, promotes muscle growth and maintenance
SUGGESTED USE
Add 100g of powder (three full scoops) to 500ml cold water and shake. Best consumed within 30 minutes post-exercise.
