Description of Each Part
: Wooden Knob This knob
does not heat up during smoking, making it convenient for checking the ingredients.
Smoking Net
This net is specially shaped to lift the lid and allow excess smoke to escape.
*Please use with the protruding part facing upwards as shown in the photo.
Pot
The body is made of stainless steel. It comes with a folding handle for easy storage. -

Basic smoking steps
: STEP 1
: Put a handful (approximately 30g) of smoke chips into a pot.
*Adjust the type and amount of smoke chips depending on the ingredients and your preferences.STEP 2:
Place the smoking rack and arrange your favorite ingredients (processed foods such as cheese).
*For ingredients that cannot be eaten as is, such as raw meat, cook them first before smoking.STEP 3
After lighting the stove, smoke the food over low heat until it turns amber and is done!
*If you smoke the food for too long, it will turn dark brown and become bitter. -
