From the center of the back seam of the collar to the hem.

A straight line around the chest, below the armpits.

From the end of one shoulder to the other.

T-GRIP enables you to put your weight on the pole by just placing your palm on top of the grip. Suitable to use in moderate uphills or downhills. With TELESCOPIK LOCKING SYSTEM, you can fine adjust the pole to any length you like depending on your height and the field condition with non-step screw threads. S size trekking poles are slightly shorter and have a smaller grip.
