CURREX Insoles are available in three different designs: the HIGH, MED, LOW profiles differ in particular in their height to adapt to the arch of the foot and in their strength.
The shape of your foot (hollow foot, flat foot...) and your legs determines which insole profile suits you best and thus helps you to optimize your movement individually.
Because not only the shape of your foot is decisive, but also the forces that act on it through your legs.
Use our size chart to find the right sole for you:
| Sole size | XS | S | M | L | XL | XXL |
| Euro | 34.5 - 36.5 | 37 - 39 | 39.5 - 41.5 | 42 - 44 | 44.5 - 46.5 | 47 - 49 |

Whether an eight-thousander or a weekend in the mountains: You are on the road and your feet do extraordinary things. Time for perfect support.
The most important features at a glance:
That's exactly what we developed the HikePro® insoles for: They give you dynamic support on long days with luggage. Stabilizes your step on scree fields. Keeps your foot dry and free of blisters even in the thickest leather shoes. Or is just insanely comfortable when you go for a walk with your dog.
Mountain rescuer and ski guide Manuel Meindl wrote a report especially for us about his experience with the HikePro, which he uses on his ski tours. Take a look at our blog to find out more.
The CURREX HikePro® gives your feet the WOW effect:
hiking
walking
in everyday life
and in your sneakers
Every step starts with the heel. This is exactly where the first phase of HikePro® support comes in: The high-performance damping element under the heel minimises harmful vibrations during foot strike and actively protects against overloading.
When going downhill, the foot must not slip forward in the shoe. This creates the hiker's worst enemies: blisters. Thanks to our special anti-slip technology in the heel and anatomical support in the metatarsus, the foot stays securely in the shoe even on the steepest downhill passages, and friction on the sole is reduced.
Your metatarsal heads are sensitive and can quickly become overloaded on long hikes. That's why we give them an extra dose of cushioning in the forefoot to prevent foot burn and forefoot discomfort. In the midsection of the HikePro®, your foot is dynamically supported under your longitudinal arch - preventing and helping with injuries such as plantar fasciitis and heel spurs that can affect many ill-equipped hikers on a tour.
Every foot and every movement is individual. We don't believe in a rigid insole that only matches the shape of your foot. That's why we developed the dynamic CURREX insole and, through thousands of motion analyses, we have created a system that allows us to classify each athlete into one of three profiles; to do this, we focus on the shape of the foot as well as the leg axis.

I bought a water filter. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery, but the Hillmalaya team sorted it out quickly. The service is very good 👍. Also, next time I shop I will never use JD Express (京東快遞) again. It was really exasperating!
買了濾水器，送貨時有點阻滯，但Hillmalaya團隊很快搞定，服務非常好👍。另外，下次購物絕不再用京東快遞，非常勞氣！

Been buying all my trial running clothes and equipment from hillmalaya. Recently, they messed up my maurten gel with another model. The shop responded promptly with a great offer! I do highly recommend everyone to enjoy a great shopping experience here.

I like these foldable trail chairs very much. I bought 2 this time round in addition 4 others at home. I used it to sit down to do chores at home especially at low level, gardening (trimming lower branches) and sitting in the park for outdoor photography especially waiting for birds. This reduces the need to squat for long periods of time which is not good for my knees and legs as I grow older.
