š¢PreparationTwo weeks before the race, apply morning and evening to feet, heels, toes, and Achilles tendon.
š¢The day beforeThe sock technique ā take a small amount of SOS Friction Relief spray and wipe your hands with the inside of the sock; let it dry overnight.
