Product packaging is not part of the product. If the item itself arrives damaged, that's on us — message us with photos and we'll sort it out. Cosmetic wear to an outer box or sleeve isn't a defect claim.

If you need a carton box, gift wrap, or retail packaging in presentable condition — for a gift, a resale, or a collector item — add Protective Packaging (Carton Box) to your cart. HK$20 per order.
It takes the place of this line automatically — you'll never carry both. Remove it again and this one comes straight back.
