The CEP Optaspeed fits true to running shoe size. We recommend ordering a half size up from your everyday casual shoe size.

LACING FOR A LOCKED-IN FIT

If you experience minor heel slippage, try using a runner's knot (also called marathon or race-lock lacing) for a more secure heel fit without added pressure:

1. Lace normally until the second-to-last eyelet
2. Thread each lace into the top eyelet on the same side to create loops
3. Cross each lace through the opposite loop
4. Pull snug and tie as usual

FIT OPTIMIZATION
