Größentabelle - Vivobarefoot

Lege ein Stück Papier, das größer als dein Fuß ist, an die Wand. Stelle sicher, dass die Wand flach ist und dass auch die Fußleiste, falls vorhanden, flach ist. 

Stellen Sie sich mit der Ferse an die Wand auf das Papier. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Boden hart ist und dass das Papier nicht unter einer Lücke zwischen Boden und Wand/Leiste verrutscht.

Markieren Sie mit dem Bleistift die Stelle auf dem Papier, an der Ihre längste Zehe endet. Denken Sie daran, den Bleistift nicht unter die Zehe zu klemmen, da Sie eine genaue Maximalmessung wünschen.

Messen Sie mit einem Lineal oder Maßband den Abstand vom Ende des Papiers bis zur Zehenlinie.

Wiederholen Sie es mit Ihrem anderen Fuß, sie könnten unterschiedlich sein – vertrauen Sie uns da! – und verwenden Sie dann die längste Messung.
