Race 500 Sachets deliver a science-backed ratio of electrolytes, namely sodium, potassium and magnesium to help you maintain cellular hydration and electrolyte balance.
500mg Sodium - Optimises hydration via improved fluid absorption, greater fluid retention and maintenance of electrolyte balance.
200mg Potassium - Regulates cellular fluid balance, supporting cardiovascular health, nerve and muscle function.
20mg Marine Magnesium (Aquamin) - Contributes to electrolyte balance, energy-yielding metabolism, nerve and muscle function.
Energy Formula
Energy Hydration Sachets also deliver an evidence based 2:1 ratio of L-Theanine and Caffeine. Studies show that this specific combination of L-Theanine and Caffeine can provide optimal mental and physical benefits, including improved mood, clarity of thought, reaction times, alertness, memory and learning, whilst also offsetting many of the negative side effects often associated with caffeine consumption, such as elevated heart rate, blood pressure and anxiety.
100mg Caffeine - Caffeine is a natural stimulant found in coffee, tea, and other plants, known for boosting alertness and reducing fatigue.
200mg L-Theanine - L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea, proven to reduce stress and anxiety, promoting calmness and clarity.

Been buying all my trial running clothes and equipment from hillmalaya. Recently, they messed up my maurten gel with another model. The shop responded promptly with a great offer! I do highly recommend everyone to enjoy a great shopping experience here.

I like these foldable trail chairs very much. I bought 2 this time round in addition 4 others at home. I used it to sit down to do chores at home especially at low level, gardening (trimming lower branches) and sitting in the park for outdoor photography especially waiting for birds. This reduces the need to squat for long periods of time which is not good for my knees and legs as I grow older.
